Buddy issue number one appeared on 14th February 1981 and
included a free gift of a 'Pop Pistol with Two Free Bullets'. Stories in the
first issue were 'Limp Along Leslie', 'The Wolf of Kabul', 'Deep Sea Danny's
Iron Fish', 'Tuffy - A Boy All Alone', 'Hammer', 'Jonah - The Biggest Jinx on
the seven Seas', 'Billy the Cat' and 'Boy on the Run'.
