Boy's Cinema, as its name suggested, was a
boys' comic centred around the Hollywood and British stars of the silver
screen.
Boys' Cinema included articles and stories
about the film stars of the day.
During its twenty year run, the
publication merged with 'Boys' Broadcast', 'Screen Stories' and the second
series of 'Modern Boy'. The outbreak of the second world war caused paper
rationing which lead to the ultimate demise of the publication after
1063 issues.
